In the warm afternoon,A sweet and sour strawberry cheese mousse cup.

No more, no less, just right.

Food Material:

Strawberry (125g) ,Cream cheese(25g) ,Mike (10g),Light cream(100g)

Castor sugar(20-25g),Gelidine(6g),Ice water(appropriate amount) ,

Cold water(10g ,about 6 cups water).

Step 1:washing the strawberry,drain, remove the Strawberry stem and cut into small pieces.

Step 2:Put strawberry in a processor and puree the strawberries.  Strain and discard the seeds.  At the same time, soak the gelidine in ice and remove it.  Melt it with heat insulation water in cold water,and set aside.

Step 3:Add caster sugar to light cream and whip until 5 or 6 points,the appear of grain can be.

Step 4:Beat cream cheese with milk heat insulation water until smooth. Add to light cream and stir well.

Step 5:Then add the strawberry puree and mix well. Finally, slowly add the gelatine and mix well.

Step 6:Divide evenly into cups and refrigerate for two to three hours.  (Before preparing the strawberry cheese mousse paste, cut slices of strawberries and stick to the rim of the glass to garnish.)
