How to make pudding?
Follow the steps below to make delicious pudding at home.
Ingredients: fresh milk, eggs, sugar.
Steps to make the pudding
1. Divide the milk into two parts first, mix one part with the sugar and put it on a small fire, heat it slowly to dissolve the sugar.
2. The pudding mold can be replaced by a large and small porcelain tea cup, wash and dry, and apply a thin layer of oil for use.
3. Add 15 grams of water and 50 grams of sugar to the pot, slowly boil over low heat until golden brown, pour it into the pudding mold while it is still hot, and pad the bottom layer of the pudding mold (about 2 mm thick).
4. Knock the eggs into the bowl and beat evenly, first add cold milk and stir, then pour in the sugar-dissolved hot milk and stir well, then filter through a fine sieve to make the egg custard.
5. Pour the egg custard into the pudding mold (fill to 80% full), put it into the cage and simmer for about 20 minutes, until the center of the egg custard is cooked, and then put it in our flower-shaped dessert cup after cooling.
